While our delivery hours are from 9:00AM - 5:00PM, 90% of our deliveries arrive from 10:00AM - 3:00PM. Deliveries scheduled outside of business hours will be subject to a premium charge. In this instance, we will contact you either by phone or email to provide you with the cost of delivery before your order is confirmed.
Weekend deliveries are subject to a premium charge. We will contact you to provide you with the cost of delivery before your order is confirmed.
We cannot be responsible for delivery delays due to poor weather conditions (ie. snowstorms or heavy rain). No refunds or credits will be issued.
We try our very best to avoid delivering to the mailroom. However, in instances where our driver cannot access a particular floor or the reception desk is not willing to accept the package, we have no choice but to deliver the package to the mailroom. In this instance, we cannot be responsible for any damages or delays incurred after the package has been signed for.
It is the senderís responsibility to ensure someone will be available to accept the delivery. If nobody is available to sign for the delivery and we cannot reach you by phone, we will leave the package somewhere safe on the front porch
For condominium or apartment deliveries, we will try to leave the package with concierge. If they are not willing to sign for the delivery or if there is no concierge available, the package will be left in front of the recipientís unit. A delivery charge will still incur.
