Royal Icing Collection - Signature Line
The flowers in the royal icing collection render a rather quaint feel than its gum paste counterpart. Royal icing is comprised of confectioners sugar and meringue powder resulting in a sweet, fully edible, candy-like texture and flavour. Every flower is intricately piped and carefully placed on the cupcake.
The flowers in the gum paste collection yield a more realistic look than the royal icing collection. Each flower is carefully hand sculpted from a malleable dough-like substance consisting of confectioners sugar, cornstarch and gelatine. Although gum paste is made from edible ingredients, these flowers are for decorative purposes only and not intended for eating.
The flowers in the buttercream collection are individually piped onto each cupcake.
