Q. Do you offer consultations and tastings?
A. Our ordering process is rather streamlined compared to wedding cakes in that with wedding cakes, it is important to sit down with a cake designer to discuss your vision. Given that all of our cupcake collections are showcased on our website, all we need to know is your colour scheme and flavours. As such, our consultations are made simple and conducted over the telephone and via email.
If you would like to see and taste the cupcakes before proceeding with your order, we will be happy to prepare a tasting basket for you (subject to a $30 tasting fee). Simply send us an email or give us a call and we can arrange for a pick-up at our Scarborough kitchen. If you prefer the cupcakes to be delivered to you, it will be subject to a delivery charge.

Q. How far in advance do I need to place my wedding order?
A. We encourage our customers to place their orders 6 months in advance. Let us know the date of your wedding, the location, and the anticipated number of guests, and we can let you know if that date is available. If you are interested and ready to take it to the next step, a 30% deposit will secure your date for you. We operate on a first-come first-serve basis and are booked up to one year in advance, so the sooner the better!
Q. Do you deliver and set up the cupcakes on location?
A. Yes, we deliver and set up the cupcakes anywhere within the GTA. Please refer to the "Contact us" page for delivery regions and associated costs. We may deliver outside of the GTA with an additional delivery cost.
Q. Do you provide cupcake stands?
A. Yes, we provide multi-tiered cupcake stands and will set it up for you on location as part of our services. Please visit our cake stand gallery and rental cost.
Q. I like the Chinese take-out container that holds the cupcake in your website, how much does it cost?
A. Individually packaging the cupcakes are a great idea, as the cupcakes can serve as a dessert and parting gift. The Chinese take-out containers come in 3 sizes. Please visit the cupcake gallery to view pricing and details.
